The Great American Road Trip…with a Dog

In March 2011, Mr. Fizgig and I set off on the long drive from New York to California, with our giant dog, Banjo, sprawled across the back seat.

We travelled 4,153 miles (6,684 kms) over a 12-day period, and made lots of lovely detours to see some of the USA’s most breathtaking sights. Below, in reverse chronological order, are posts related to our cross-country road trip.
